The Fathers love for His children diagnosed with autism and it’s connection to the Infinity Rainbow

887C0ECB-931D-4EF6-A3D5-1FFF8A270855Recently while I was worshipping, the Lord put in my heart an infinity rainbow. I didn’t know what this meant or if there was anything like that. I googled it and saw it was the symbol for autism.

Interestingly my cousin and I were talking later that day and one of the things she said is about enjoying your season and in the conversation she mentioned how autism is so rampant now with many children having it. She also mentioned how having a child with autism affects families and marriages in different ways. I was like wow today God showed me the symbol for autism the infinity rainbow.

I’ve walked with God to know that this was not a random discussion. God was speaking. His heart is so heavy over many of His sons and daughters who feel overburdened and overwhelmed because their kids have been diagnosed with autism. He sees the pain it has caused you. He sees the strain on your marriage and how you are trying to just survive and keep it together. He sees the strain on your finances having to go from one doctor or therapist to the other, and how you may feel that they don’t connect personally or how you sometimes feel they are just interested in collecting your money. He sees how you feel when you are in public gatherings and people especially can be very intolerant towards your child. He sees how you long to just have a conversation with your child. He sees your fears about the future. He sees your heart and how you feel He hasn’t been good to you and if He is such a good God and good Father why would He allow this to happen to your child. You may even feel He caused it and created your precious child this way. He understands how some of you are angry because you’ve had to separate your family by moving abroad so your child can get better care and it’s just so difficult. For some of you it is not just one child but you have more than one chid that has been diagnosed with autism.

He feels your burden and it’s heavy in His heart and He is reaching out to you today.
What is autism?

A simple definition of autism that I found online is “A serious developmental disorder that impairs the ability to communicate and interact.”

One of a mother’s greatest fear is to find out that her child has autism or any other developmental delays. It is such a terrible thing to experience. You question yourself and wonder if indeed you did anything wrong. I can so relate. One of my daughters didn’t speak till months after age two and I was very very worried. I noticed also that she was okay playing by herself, wasn’t interactive and walked on tiptoes (apparently I heard these are signs of autism but haven’t verified ). I was very afraid. This was around the time that I started the Masterlife discipleship course and it was my first prayer point when we were paired with prayer partners. It was such a relief when within two -three weeks of praying my child began to talk. I also felt a leading in my heart to stop TV. At that point in time I was working in investment banking and my child spent a lot of time with the nanny. The difference is that unlike our other child, we put a TV in the kitchen and so they would just put my baby infront of the TV continuously. Once my baby watched TV, you would find that if you called or tried to get her attention she would be so glued to the TV and not respond. You see during a child’s developmental stages it’s important that they engage in activities that interact. Watching TV is one way communication where the child just watches and absorbs but doesn’t get the chance to interact. Communication is two way and so it’s important to ensure your child is involved in two way communication. Notice how kids with older siblings seem to talk more and quicker? It’s because of interaction. Anyway so we stopped TV and till today we typically limit TV in my house to only weekends and holidays.

God healed my child. Now this child is not just talking but she is super intelligent. Science is her best subject and out of her class she came 3rd in science. This child can sing. This child reads the dictionary on her own. She reads multiple books. Like we literally have to beg her to take breaks from reading. This child can sprint and run. This child also hears from God. I remember during the 2019 Presidential elections in Nigeria. There was so much despair when we heard the elections had been postponed. I personally was feeling so down and without knowing anything my daughter came up to my room to say she wanted to share something with me.

She said she was singing outside and she saw something and it hit her. She said she saw a rocky place and then she saw a plant sprouting up. So she said mummy even in the rockiest places something good can come up. She said the rocky place is the bad thing while the plant is the good thing and that the bad thing will go away. She said what she saw then inspired her song……… I had to make her say it again and I recorded it. It wasn’t random. She was playing outside and didn’t have to come all the way upstairs to share this when I was just feeling sad for the nation. She didn’t even know how I was feeling but just felt a need to share this revelation with me. I took it that God was saying He will bring beauty inspite of the rubble in Nigeria. Even in the rockiest places (Nigeria), the good will sprout up. New life will sprout.

I believe this is what the Lord too is saying concerning your child. I believe new life will spring up.

I believe children that are diagnosed are extremely special children in Gods eyes and kingdom. I believe they have a prophetic gift that the enemy has tried to steal. I believe God has mighty plans for them inspite of the apparent communication challenges.

I remember once my daughter prophecied. I have this plant that was giving to me as a gift called the Money Tree. It’s a symbolic tree to me. I noticed the tree was withering and seemed like it was dying. I didn’t know what to do about it and I was really really sad but didn’t say anything about it.

One day my daughter came up to me and gave me a note. She then said I know you are sad but don’t worry your money tree will flourish. I was blown away because I needed to hear that. Since then the tree has been flourishing and currently it is so big. I think we may actually need to transplant. This child spoke over our money tree to flourish and it’s flourishing beyond my wildest imagination.

This is the child the enemy tried to steal her voice.

I believe it is not random that the rainbow is the symbol for autism. A few years ago the Lord led me to research on the rainbow.
What is the significance of a rainbow in all of this.

The rainbow is one of Gods phenomenons. A rainbow is formed when light passes through water, rain or a storm. Light is actually a combination of different colours but to the naked eye, light is white. When light passes through water or rain, these colours are refracted at different angles, which separates the different colours of light. It is because light passes through the rain or storm that you are able to see the different beautiful colours of the rainbow. Without the storm you wouldn’t know that light is not just white but a combination of different colours.
Asides from the story of Noah, the Bible refers to a rainbow in three other places “I saw still another mighty angel coming down from heaven, clothed with a cloud. And a rainbow was on his head, his face was like the sun, and his feet like pillars of fire.”- Revelations 10 verse1.

“Like the appearance of a rainbow in a cloud on a rainy day, so was the appearance of the brightness all around it. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the Lord.” – Ezekiel 3 verse 28.

There is a rainbow in the throne room of heaven. “And He who sat there was[a] like a jasper and a sardius stone in appearance; and there was a rainbow around the throne, in appearance like an emerald.” – Revelations 4 verse 3.

How is this significant to your struggles?
The Light and the Rainbow signify Jesus. Jesus is the light and you experience Him as a rainbow when you allow Him into your storm. You see His beauty even in your storm. You may know Him in one “light” but you get to know Him in a different light in the storm you face. For example you may know Him as Jehovah Jireh your provider but when you are sick is when you know Him as Jehovah Rapha, our Healer.

A perfect example of this is when the disciples encountered a storm in the boat in Mark 4. There was storm that got the disciples very afraid as the boat was already filling. They called on Jesus and then the following took place “When He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace, be still!” And the wind ceased and there was a great calm. 40 But He said to them, “Why are you so fearful? How is it that you have no faith?”[d] 41 And they feared exceedingly, and said to one another, “Who can this be, that even the wind and the sea obey Him!” Notice it took the storm for the disciples to realise the power He carried and His ability to command the wind and sea. You get to see Jesus on a different level when you face a storm. In the same way through your storm and struggles you would see Jesus in a different way. You will know Him as your Deliverer, Healer, Redeemer, Restorer, etc.
Also in reality rainbows are actually full circle but we only see half of it from our view point. The full circle can often times be seen from an aerial point of view. This is significant for in life we may not see the full picture but because GOD HAS THE BEST VIEW HE SEES THE FULL PICTURE. You may not see the full picture in your current situation but God sees and knows the full picture.

This is so significant. You may be wondering why is this happening to me. Why is my son or daughter or why are my children diagnosed with autism? Why am I the one that has these types of struggles? When you let “Light”, Jesus, into your storm, He will give you beauty for ashes.

God sees the full picture concerning your child just like He sees the full picture of a full circle rainbow.

Now imagine the depth of not just a rainbow but an infinity rainbow.
According to Simple English Wikipedia,” the word infinity is from a Latin word, which means “without end”. “

Dictionary.com defines The infinity symbol as “a figure eight on its side, variously signifies the concept of limitlessness or eternity, especially as used notationally in mathematics and metaphorically with respect to love.”

Essentially you have a rainbow that never ends. You have a Jesus that lives to eternity and you will experience His never ending beauty through your child. Your child is precious and loved by God till eternity. The Love God has for your child is infinite.

There is a book I would like to recommend titled Josiah’s fire – Autism stole his words, God gave him a voice by Tahni Cullen with Cheryl Ricker.

It is a remarkable story about a boy who was diagnosed with autism but had the most amazing God encounters.

I pray for you that you will have a testimony and you will experience God in all the beautiful colours of the rainbow through your very precious gift from God over and over and over again. I pray that you will testify and your gifted child will fulfil his or her purpose on the earth.

P.s. After I posted this I went to bed and I saw visions of infinity rainbows unravelling. You know like how the twists unravels. I believe this is significant. A rainbow being full circle in nature is already infinite and has no end and so there really isn’t any need for a twist in the rainbow to form an infinity rainbow. A full circle rainbow is the true depiction of the rainbow.  I believe what the Father is saying is that He is unraveling teh mysteries behind autism and He is removing the twists. I prophecy to anyone reading this who’s child is diagnosed with autism, you will testify to your Childs complete healing and wholeness and your child will speak in Jesus Name Amen.
